Return, Refund & Delivery Policy

At Christy's Cottage – Home of Flowers by Zoie, our goal is to provide exceptional products and outstanding customer service. Because many of our products are perishable or custom-designed, the following policies apply:

Fresh Floral Deliveries

• We will make reasonable efforts to contact the recipient prior to attempting delivery to help ensure someone is available to receive the arrangement.
• Fresh floral arrangements will only be left at a residence if the recipient specifically authorizes us to do so.
• If we are unable to reach the recipient or complete the delivery, we will notify the sender and ask for assistance in contacting the recipient or arranging an alternate delivery time.
• If we are unable to contact the recipient after reasonable attempts, the arrangement will be held in our floral cooler for up to five (5) days to allow time for delivery or pickup arrangements. After five (5) days, the arrangement will be considered abandoned, disposed of due to its perishable nature, and no refund, replacement, or store credit will be issued.
• Fresh floral arrangements are custom-made and perishable. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your arrangement, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We may replace the arrangement, at our discretion, after evaluating the concern. Refunds are generally not provided for perishable floral products.

Plants

• Plants may be returned within 24 hours of purchase.
• Plants reported to have a quality concern within 48 hours may be replaced at our discretion.

Hardgoods

• Unused hardgoods may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Seasonal Merchandise

• All seasonal merchandise, including holiday décor and seasonal gift items, is final sale and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
